Exhibitor/Vendor Information

Exhibitor Partnership Agreement

Winter Community Resource Fair

Partner Agency agrees to provide:

  • Education/resource materials

  • No personal information can be required of attendees.

  • NO SOLICITING

 

On the day of the event, exhibitor staff agrees to:

  • Arrive 30 minutes prior to start of event for set up

  • Staff booth at all times

  • Break-down/clean-up at end of event

AAAHF Planning Committee agrees to provide:

  • Booth: I table and 2 chairs

  • Complimentary refreshments

Vendor/Exhibitor Registration Form

Verification/confirmation emails will be sent out to vendors whose application has been approved. 

Please be sure to pass this information and the confirmation letter to the individual who will be attending. SETUP begins at 9:30AM and all exhibits must be closed by 12:00PM.

APPLICATION DEADLINE December 1, 2023 

Due to limited space, a confirmation email will be sent out to vendors who are selected to participate. Preference is giving to community-based organizations and social service agencies.
