Exhibitor Partnership Agreement

18th Annual Health Fair

$100 Fee for Non-profit partners/$175 fee for-profit partners

MAKE PAYMENTS TO: Aurora African American Health Coalition or pay online

Partner Agency agrees to provide:

  • Complimentary beauty and/or health services

  • Education/resource materials

  • No personal information can be required of attendees.

 

On the day of the event, exhibitor staff agrees to:

  • Set-up starts 45 minutes before the event. Vendors must be set up by 7:45 am

  • Staff booth at all times

  • Break-down/clean-up at 12 PM

*No personal information can be required of attendees.

AAAHF Planning Committee agrees to provide:

  • Booth: I table and 2 chairs

  • Complimentary breakfast

  • Recognition in the program (if applicable)

Vendor/Exhibitor Registration Form

Verification/confirmation emails will be sent out to vendors whose application has been approved. 

Please be sure to pass this information and the confirmation letter to the individual who will be attending. SETUP begins at 7AM and all exhibits must be closed by 12PM.

APPLICATION DEADLINE March 21, 2025 

PAYMENT DUE NO LATER THAN March 28, 2025. NO REFUNDS.
