NeedyMeds is a national non-profit organization that provides information on programs that help with the cost of medications and healthcare, including resources for breast cancer patients. 

This state-run program offers free mammograms, breast exams, pelvic exams, Pap tests, and diagnostic procedures to eligible women in Illinois. Even if a woman has already been diagnosed with cancer, she may receive free treatment through the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services if she qualifies. There are no income requirements for this program.
